Metifix heeft voorafgaandelijk aan de blowerdoortest van dit universiteitsgebouw een werfrondgang uitgevoerd, waarna een blowerdoor checklist op maat van het gebouw werd opgesteld. Zo kon de werfleiding met concrete aandachtspunten inzake luchtdichtheid aan de slag.

Voorafgaandelijk aan de blowerdoortest van deze basisschool, hebben we op basis van de uitvoeringsplannen een blowerdoor checklist op maat opgemaakt. Deze werd aan de projectleider van de werf in kwestie overgemaakt, zodat de voornaamste aandachtspunten op vlak van luchtdichtheid in acht konden worden genomen, met het oog op een zo gunstig mogelijke blowerdoor meting.

Blowerdoortest Thomas More Hogeschool De Vest Mechelen

Metifix werd door AB-Eiffage aangesteld om de luchtdichtheid te testen van deze nieuwe campus van de Thomas More hogeschool in Mechelen. Als luchtdichtheidstester werken we met Retrotec blowerdoor toestellen. De uitvoering van de luchtdichtheid bleek uitermate gunstig, het werfteam heeft veel aandacht besteed aan een kwaliteitsvolle uitvoering van de buitenschil en luchtdichte afwerking van de technieken.
